I finally after lots of talking signed up to take a cake class. I have had 3 classes so far and am having lots of fun! I only have one class left and then I get to move on to the fondant class. I have learned some pretty good tips and have enjoyed getting out once a week to do something I enjoy. This last class we decorated cupcakes, here are the ones I did. We had to use all the techniques we had learned this far. Im really looking forward to the fondant class, can't wait to learn how to use that stuff!
